Ken joined Multibeam Corporation's leadership team as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development in August 2020.
Ken is a strategic leader with experience in full P&L, venture investment, high technology development, marketing, and high-growth startups. Prior
to Multibeam, Ken held numerous senior management positions with high tech companies, including Applied Materials, Veeco, Lam Research, and The
Aerospace Corporation. He was most recently CEO of Yield Engineering Systems (YES) where his team more than doubled the size of the company within
Ken holds Ph.D. and MS Electrical Engineering degrees from Stanford University. He is an NSF Fellow with over 100 publications and more than a

Lynn is Multibeam Corporation's President who oversees all corporate and finance operations, and investor relations.
Prior to Multibeam, Lynn held numerous Director, Vice President, and CFO roles at top-tier companies, including Bank of America's California Commercial
Division, Conner Peripherals (now part of Seagate Technology), and Avanti Corp. She has also provided CFO advisory services to up-and-coming technology
companies, and was Partner and Chief Financial Officer of JAFCO America Ventures, Inc., a top-ten venture capital firm.
Lynn received her MS in Business and her BS in Economics from the University of San Francisco, and a Baccalaureate in French and Philosophy from La
Faculte de Montpellier, France.

Roger is Multibeam Corporation's Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development.
As General Manager, Aerospace & Defense, Roger launched the first pure-play foundry business model serving the Mil/Aero sector at Jazz Semiconductor.
Later, at Aeroflex, he drove Government funding into the $400M Microelectronic Solutions Division to advance radiation-hardened microelectronics. He
also served as Branch Chief in the CIA's Directorate of Science & Technology, collaborating with multiple U.S. Government Agencies in the Intelligence
and DoD communities to address operational challenges.
Roger earned a BSEE from The Pennsylvania State University, with Distinction, and holds high-level security clearances in the U.S. Government.

Ted is the Senior Director of Technology Applications at Multibeam Corporation, overseeing marketing as well as product and applications development of Multibeam's
proprietary MEBL technology.
Earlier in his career, Ted developed deposition processes at Veeco and metrology applications at KLA-Tencor. He also held management and technical roles at a
fabless semiconductor company and an energy storage technology company.
Ted earned B.S and M.S degrees in Engineering Physics and Mechanical Engineering, respectively, from UC Berkeley.
